From the moment we walked into the showroom and met Laura, I was blown away by the level of knowledge and customer service. We ended up purchasing a spa that day. We just had the spa delivered and set up. The guys, Josh, Tom and Dexter, that came to deliver and install the spa were fantastic. Very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. They were complete professionals in what they do. Cleaned everything up when they were done and took all of the packaging with them. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

Marcus and Josh are both knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions that come up. Customer service is top notch and they are always bringing in unique products. The store has a lot of inventory to be able to take a wet test and choose from a large assortment of jet packs. They are also a great supporter of the community!

These guys have saved the day on my very old hot tub...several times. They have been easy to work with, coming over in sub zero Temps, honest and fairly priced. Some day when I am not so frugal, I am going here to buy my new hot tub knowing that they'll help me make the right choice.

Two examples.... one about their expertise/honesty with repairs and another about their committment to customer satisfaction. A couple years ago their tech came out to diagnose a rattling sound from one of the motors. He explained it was NOT a critical problem and if we could live with the sound, no repair or fix was needed. The tech was right.... it lasted until recently when I finally decided to fix the problem, and they quickly took care of it with a new motor. While installing it, I had them measure for a new cover. A couple months later the new custom-fit cover arrived, but it was too small. They came back out to remeasure and a month later, they delivered the replacement cover for no additional cost.

Laura is an amazing salesperson very knowledgeable and friendly, exactly who you want to have helping you choose which hot tub is right for you. Tom and Greg were absolutely awesome as well, very patient and knowledgeable and just very down to earth, personable people who are awesome at what they do! Their level of service and care is worth every penny!

I had them move my hot tub from my previous house to my new house. Both guys were awesome from the start! They showed up early and had the job done in about an house. 5 star class and service!
