From the moment we walked into the showroom and met Laura, I was blown away by the level of knowledge and customer service. We ended up purchasing a spa that day. We just had the spa delivered and set up. The guys, Josh, Tom and Dexter, that came to deliver and install the spa were fantastic. Very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. They were complete professionals in what they do. Cleaned everything up when they were done and took all of the packaging with them. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

We just placed our order for a Bullfrog Hot Tub. Marcus was fabulous, no high pressure sales pitch. Just information and facts to help make an informed decision.

Marcus at the greenbay store is so helpful! Makes owning a hot tub easy!

Marcus and Josh are both knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions that come up. Customer service is top notch and they are always bringing in unique products. The store has a lot of inventory to be able to take a wet test and choose from a large assortment of jet packs. They are also a great supporter of the community!

Great place. Everyone was super friendly. Helped me with my spa and it was purchased somewhere else

Josh and Laura are amazing! Very very happy with my purchase! Always willing to help if needed!
