Owner Josh Rickman brings 28 years of hands-on service experience working on all brands of hot tubs, which gives our team real-world product knowledge that goes far beyond a typical retail sales floor. As demand grew, we expanded carefully and opened our first retail location in 2009. Today, we operate in both Appleton and Green Bay, helping customers shop premium products with confidence while continuing to keep service at the center of the experience.
